The production process of compotes, fruit juices and concentrates involves the following phases:

Acceptance of raw materials
The fruit is obtained and kept in a cold room.

Landfill of fruit containers
The supply of the containers with the product is carried out by means of a forklift.

Wash
The fruit is washed with shaking to remove dirt from the bark.

Filtration
Water filtration system.

Choice
Visual or X-ray controlled selection process.

Material handling
The bucket elevator transports to a suitable height to load a turbocharged cold press.

Cold turbo extraction
System for the "cold" pressing of PURE fruit or vegetables.

Screw pump
The screw pump collects the product coming out of the turbo machine and transports it to the next process.

Correction of pH
Mixing and dosing of acid solutions for pH correction of fruit and vegetable pulp in the pH correction unit.

Enzymatic inactivation
A process that uses the rapid fermentation of the Purees for enzymatic inactivation.

food storage
A storage tank with an extraction pump is used to accumulate the product and keep it warm before being loaded into the packaging machine.

Package
The product can be packed in bags or at 85ºC.

Autoclave sterilization
The bags are exposed to steam at temperatures above 109 ° C to extend the life of the product. Finally, the rapid cooling takes place inside the machine itself.
